Stay tuned for the release day!
So… what have I been up to while AI’s been quietly revolutionizing the film industry?
Let me tell you.
At the end of January, I did something absolutely bonkers (and also completely thrilling): we shot a feature-length film in just one day. One day. In real-time. No, that’s not a typo.
The story? A raw, emotional, beautifully messy conversation between a couple meeting up to discuss their divorce. Just two characters, one location, and all the unspoken love, resentment, and history that can sit in the air when two people are about to end something they once thought would last forever.
We filmed it in a trendy café in Downtown LA, doors closed to the public, lights bouncing off mismatched tables, with coffee machines humming quietly in the background. We had a lean-and-mean crew of just four people, two actors, and eight incredible extras who helped breathe real life into the scene.
And let me be real: this was not easy. Shooting a feature in a single day is like running a marathon backwards, in heels, with a latte in one hand and a script in the other. There were nerves, last-minute lighting tweaks, sound hiccups, time pressure, and a million small decisions that had to be made on the fly.
But you know what? It worked. We did it. And it was electric.
There’s something magical about pushing yourself and your team beyond what’s considered “standard” or “safe.” We were focused, present, collaborative, and honestly? We captured something real. Something that feels alive and intimate and entirely human. And I couldn’t be prouder.
This shoot reminded me exactly why I love storytelling: because when you strip away the noise and the gear and the perfectionism, it’s just about connection. And we made something that, I believe, will resonate deeply with people navigating love, loss, and the uncomfortable spaces in between.
Stay tuned – there’s so much more to come from this one-day wonder.

This is our poster mock-up – yes, we made it with AI – we use Midjourney
